• BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The name of this Moscow restaurant means "At the Mill". Both the cuisine and the interior are traditionally Russian. The extensive menu includes such traditional Russian dishes as pickled appetizers, dumplings, grilled meats, and borscht. Fois-gras and venison are also available. The interior is styled to resemble a Russian merchant's courtyard: the walls are made of wooden beams, there are trees in the dining hall, and tame pheasants wander the restaurant. There is a nice summer patio.
